Working on a Plane would be really difficult… since you have to turn off your phone, or at least have it in Airplane mode… which turns off Bluetooth.
By the same token, you probably dont need your Mac to lock when you are at home.
On the WiFi tab, you can select "Safe" networks. When your Mac is connected to any network you select here, TokenLock will not automatically lock.
You can tell if you are on a safe network by looking at TokenLock's icon in the menu bar - it will become greyed out.
