After you have set up your PC for MediaTransfer, all you need to do is select your PC from the list of PCs that show up in MediaTransfer on your iPad or iPhone and then enter your Username and Password.

Now, in MediaTransfer on your iPhone, swipe your finger from the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen to open settings...

Select your iTunes library from the list that comes up. If you do not see any iTunes Libraries listed, make sure iTunes is running and that sharing is turned on.

Once you select your iTunes library, you can turn off sharing in iTunes if you wish.

Enter your username and password you chose for your FTP server and then also turn off Passive Mode... now click the Done button.

MediaTransfer should start transferring... Congratulations!

Note: If you see an error on the main screen stating "No access to camera roll granted", please check out the video to the right titled "Granting access to Camera Roll" to fix the error.
