This has a list of frequently asked questions, or frequent issues we see users have with MediaTransfer... A very useful tool when troubleshooting is to tap the (i) button on the bottom of the screen of your iPad or iPhone. (See the illustration on the left)
This brings up the Log which has more detail about what has happened during transfers.
If you are having issues, start at the top of the list and work your way down. (Most people do not need to go past #1)
Remember: Swipe your finger from the bottom to the top of the iPad or iPhone screen to edit your settings.
