Setup:
Please log into your Webex account and select your default meeting type - set it to the best possible Meeting Center type - for example Meting Center Pro + MultiPoint Video:
On your WebEx home page, log in and on the left hand side, select "My Profile" under the "Set Up" menu.
Under the default session type, select a Meeting Center option - preferably Pro with Multipoint Video.
Now click "Update"
Corporate Single Signon:
Currently the WebEx APIs done support SSO, so Conference Schedule is unable to schedule conferences with your SSO password, however your default webex account still may have a WebEx password which will work.
